Testing beyond the hackathon demo
It’s only been tested on the handful of tasks I demoed. Next is trying it against a much wider range of websites, and putting it in front of more people than just myself, to see where it breaks.
A chat-based version
I’m considering letting people ask it questions directly instead of only following the highlighted steps. Still testing whether this stays a narrow “click here next” tool or grows into something broader.
Updating a shipping address, finding a W-2, and canceling a subscription. The kind of confusing, high-stakes flows this was built for.
