I like the point in a project where a messy idea clicks into something a person can use without thinking about it. That means websites, apps, and brand systems, where strategy, visuals, and what someone actually needs all agree with each other. I care about the moment when someone knows exactly what to do next.
This comes from years of competitive tennis. Most of a match runs on decisions you don't consciously make. The moments that decide the match are the high-pressure ones. I design the same way I learned to play: looking for the exact point where someone's instincts might break down, and making sure that's where the interface is clearest. I build the things I design, usually in plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, using AI tools to help me get there.
